Day Two

I ate a lot yesterday. I was pretty hungry all day. I had the Jello and the half-cup of yogurt with Splenda. Then I had a couple of bites of natural peanut butter. As soon as I got home I had an ounce of low-fat cheese, then started in on dinner. The boyfriend and I grilled out shrimp and asparagus. We paired that with salads.

After dinner I was stuffed for the first time all day. But not uncomfortably so. Just very satisfied. For dessert I had two No Sugar Added fudgesicles and another Jello. I went over the 75 calorie limit for "sweets" but only by fifteen calories. I'm trying to forget the ounce of tequila I had.

Even still I lost a pound and one body fat percentage point. That is encouraging. Plus I peed all day and night, so I know that something is up. So what if it is water weight? It's still weight!

No breakfast as of yet. Should've eaten but I overslept. I stocked up my lunch bag, so I'll dig in here soon.
